Monsters Unleashed #6 SPOILERS

- Giant mother monster kicks everyones ass, including Fin Fang Foom

- Kid Kaiju confronts her, draws his own new monsters

- new monsters do well... until the leader monster dies. Apparently, if Kid Kaiju monsters die, he is hurt

- KK decides to make a voltron monster

- voltron monster kicks ass with cool catch phrases

- victory

- Medusa builds KK a new house in the mountains so his monsters have plenty of room to hang out

- Elsa decides to watch the boy and protect him



This whole series was just a simple Kaiju story with great art and action. Nothing more nothing less. Just heroes being heroes and monsters being monsters.

THis is the kind of event I prefer... off on its own, doesn't interrupt books, read or ignore at your leisure.

and basically, seems that way. When they die he feels it though

I bought the first issue and planned on getting more since I'm a Bunn fan, but the minute I found out it was just ANOTHER event pushing the Inhumans, I lost interest. So tired of every Marvel event being about how great the Inhumans are.

A fun book, albeit kind of light on plot. I doubt I'll reread it in the future, but am quite confident that my young nieces and nephew are going to love it.

whatever. The Inhumans had only a small role in this story and were actually the most imaginative part. This was not some trick to force Inhumans down anyone's throats; get over yourself..

All it was was a way to explain how he got his powers.

Him being an inhuman wasn't important to the plot at all other than that.

Am I the only one that missed Mole Man and Monster Island in this whole thing? The island where Kid Kaiju ends up at the end should've been part of Monster Island, I honestly thought that's where it was headed throughout the issue. Mole Man should obviously have a lot to say about Kid Kaiju and his powers over monsters

I liked the event, except issue 2 because I can't stand Greg Land's art.

It was interesting but having so many characters participating that messed up a bit.

But now marvel can continue the story with Kid kaiju more smoothly without running.

kind of reminded me of power rangers and force five. well think it was an okay read though why kid kaiju survived and the previous warrior inhuman didn't is anybody's guess.

It was a satisfying ending to an overall fun event.

Now if only marvel could half the pace at which they throw events at us and make them all as fun as this.

I enjoyed this and not just because I'm a Bunn fanboy. It wasn't perfect, but it was cool and enjoyable for what it was. Also a decent break off from the mask punch mask bombardment we've had recently.

Action liked, characters liked, pacing liked.

4/5 as a whole for me personally.
