Captain America knew everything anout Quentin the first time he met him because he watches the news, Johnny is just bad at being a superhero. That goes triple is he somehow lacks awareness of Rachel after all these years.

They would have met in an X-Factor/Fantastic Four annual the crossover with Aheb iirc and Sue and Scott are hounds.

If they were left with something sophisticated like fixing someone's mind you really would go to Rachel, Psylocke and Quite heck even Blindfold. As Emma, the Cuckoo's and Exodus would be off the table. Heck there's probably more experienced Inhuman telepaths lurking around. Jean had her telepathy for less then a year marvel time.

So? Jean's omega level and been shown to be a telepathic prodigy. She's already beaten Lady Mastermind, Xorna(who defeated the Cuckoos and Emma), the entire Imperial Guard, etc
