Default Stray Bullets > Brigg's Land > GRASS KINGS

    Grass Kings--

Start with a tour, as Sheriff Bruce escorts a kid from out of town back out of town. A little history, how the town came to be, brief stop with the famous writer in town, and to the county line. Grass Kingdom’s a nice place if y’belong. If y’don’t, it’s not so nice. ‘S said they’re harboring a serial killer there.

I like Stray Bullets and Briggs’ Land… & Here I think we’ve got another one:

Tight dialogue, revealing conversations, and a sense of menace in how things are said. Water-colors painted, a rare and stand-out look. I’m never crazy about cardboard covers, but still it’s 28 pages and story from inside front cover, on. A highly recommended first issue--!grass kings 003.jpg
