    Shalla Bal's Avengers cover was the first that came to mind along with Johnny Peril's Conan cover, which was one of the ones used for the Lancer paperback editions that revived interest in Robert E. Howard's work.

    Tough picking between them but I'm voting for Johnny Peril

    It appears to be Pia Guerra, if she did both cover and interior art. I used one of her Pet Avengers covers here once.
