...is the living embodiment of the freakin' Source. He has unlimited energy-based powers. He has cosmic awareness. He's a casual reality warper. He literally disconnected reality so that time and space were no longer relevant. He can create black holes.

He is the epitome of "cosmic".

Things like the Speed Force, ALL Lantern Rings, the Quantum Field - and every other power in DC - are all just "aspects of his power".

He is WAY too much for this tournament.

There's only one Takion - he serves as a conduit between the Source and the New Gods, and he's the avatar of Highfather.

I'd put him at Silver Surfer or new 52 Atom levels

For all of "embodiment of source" shenanigans, he's not got a whole lot of quantifiable feats although yes captain Atom (Post Crisis), Green lantern and Flash are irrelevant compared to his power
