I think this series has been pretty underrated so far. Liking what they're doing with the character and he's not overtly being stuck into the universe either.

There were a few Watchmen jokes in the latest issue, but no big connections.

I'm honestly fine if they keep it that way, though.

No, its a self-contained story about time-travel and self discovery. No Rebirth ties at all.
