Getting you're head and face turned to the side by a punch from the hulk isn't a knock against his durability considering who is hitting him.

The Sound Cannon I will give more credence to Vic than some rube in the middle of jerkwater USA hitting him with similar tech.
Considering the technology that Vic wields is vastly superior.

Maybe , but unless Vic's now packing more concussive force than a planet moving across the solar system at superspeed, this whole move is going to rely on Hyperion being particularly susceptible to it because of enhanced hearing

Which when he is ignoring even "only" granite-melting sound, is not a thing

While Hyperion is probably above Thor/Hulk by feats, by presentation he is not presented as superior to them

The whole thing with the High Evolutionary and Terminus, where he just rolls up and rips off the former's arm like nothing, and otherwise just rams right through the latter's head to rip his power source out, whereas Thor is by comparison shown having trouble and at the point of calling on Odin (for.. some reason) for a lightning storm.

And honestly just his whole shmear from the get go that the ensuing feats just roll onto. While the universe thing is ultimately inconsistent, Hyperion got this varying treatment as this otherworldly weird ass transcendant presence.

My personal take on this, based on some of the presentation people have mentioned, is that Hyperion is above Hulk/Thor-level; more like Surfer/Gladiator-level (except in terms of speed); but that the universal destruction survival thing is another bit of Hickperbole.

Hickman is a bit like Millar with a dash of cleverness thrown in. Everything is big, powerful and more than a little silly, and although it has an intellectual air, ultimately it should be taken with a pinch of salt.

But if you are putting him in that tier,would that be saying he can beat Wonder Woman? Because her speed is what always allowed her to trounce Thor in previous rumbles.
