Ok, so far this is the only thing that has been shown that has any connection to Diana and her world. What do you guys think?

Well........back Pre-Crisis, Amazonium was the hardest metal (according to the Amazons). It was used to create the Bracelets of Submission (replacing the original steel shackles).
So now, more than 30 years later, Amazonium is suddenly brought back??
And, a character has Anazonium laced bones? Can you say.......Wolverzon?

Orlando likes to do references to older material, so I can see he probably put that in there a easter egg for old school fans. I doubt this will have some huge bearing on Rucka's comic.
I agree. Things like this I wish WW had her own Editor to watch things like this. So far we have the Amazons giving Donna/The Titans, an Invisible Jet, now this (Though the character does come from an alternate reality.)
However, until we get a revised timeline, like Superman just got, i wish they would slow down on these little tidbits. As cool as they may be.

I actually liked the Amazonium, Supermanium, etc of the Pre-Crisis days.
What is this parallel world like? Why is it an Avengers type? Shouldn't Amazonium still not exist there? Why would a non-Amazon have Amazonium?
The Lobo x Wolverine rematch we were dying to see.

I remember them somewhat from the "Bwhahahah Justice League" days. They seem more threatening now.

I dont think anyone has visited the Extremists home world for quite some time, so hard to say.
Reason why is because of the friendly back and fourth between Marvel and DC where they copy each others characters. Marvel has the Squadron Supreme and Squadron Sinister as it's Justice League clone and DC has the Extremists standing in for the Avengers.
It's just a name of a material, there doesn't have to be Amazons... like Promethium doesn't have anything to do with the Titan of the same name, or the villain. But who knows there might have been Amazons and this guy traded, bought or stole some?
Amazonium, Supermanium and Shazamium must be very high up on the periodic table and as such quite unstable elements. You'd probably need a particle accelerator to manufacture them. But then you'd always be in danger of creating metahumans as by-products of such experiments.
The first two I am familiar, Jim Kelly, but I do not know of Shazamium.
I agree they would indeed need much energy to produce and would be quite rare.
Well... real world, all proper elements are made of protons, neutrons, and electrons, fictional elements don't need to be.
Why can't they be alloys? Geological novice here.
