HOWEVER, Season 2 episode "The Problem with Power" reveals from 0:21 onwards...

...He-Man exclaiming 'LET THE POWER...RETURN!', followed by the LIGHTNING.
I like that much better. So it stands to reason that for She-Ra it is to
be 'LET THE HONOR...RETURN!', followed by the momentary flash.
