I mean, I am curious as to whether Spider-Man ever hit someone downstairs in a fight? I mean Bruce Lee and your general action hero does it? Spider-Man probably did it at least once at some point right?

Probably. He gave a wedgie to someone in Ultimate universe(he wasn't proud of that), but I don't remember him hitting someone in the nuts. He has probably done it to someone in the 616.

It's really a matter of "Who Else?" because the other Invincible character, Wolverine, or at least the Wolverine that Peter knew, is dead. Deadpool is the only other guy who would piss Peter off and probably get it under the premise that he can't die or he would grow back from the damages of being punched/kicked with superhuman strength. Yeah, that would be a sucky thing for Ock to remember, but they aren't going to make Peter Parker kill people, unless you are talking some alternate universe. AND If Peter kicked him in the jewels, you know he would retaliate.
