I don't consider him a villain. I guess it depends though on what a villain means to everyone.

Sadly I am like part of the 5% of the people in America who have NOT yet seen Breaking Bad yet LOL!

But by my knowledge of what I have learned about the show I would say yea he was in a way a Villain among many other Villains.

I wouldn't say that. Walter was driven into a life of crime by an extraordinary set of circumstances beyond his control. Hell, he damn sure wasn't born a villain, but, in time, he came to embrace being a bad guy.

he produced crystal meth, he deliberately let Jesse's girlfriend die, he got Jesse to shoot that other crystal meth cook and he poisoned an innocent child, nearly killing him.
