I'm a little disappointed by Dark Days. I like Duke, but he isn't the closest ally of Batman. that the type of push which will makes more harm than good for this character, which is a shame. Otherwise, the other solicits look great, especially RHATO's.

Ones I'm most excited for: Red Hood and the Outlaws and Super Sons (Because those books have been consistently god tier)

Ones I'm pretty excited for: Batman '66/ Legion of Superheroes, Nightwing, Detective Comics.

Ones I'm not excited for: Most of the other titles.

Ones that can go to Hell: Batgirl, Batgirl and BoP (Because I'm me), Dark Days, and Injustice (I swear if they kill Ted AGAIN...)

    Thoughts:

    - Was not expecting Joker to come back in this event. Nor that Duke and Green Lantern would turn out to be Batman's "Closest Allies." Well, I guess I'll just have to see how Snyder handles all this...

    - So the First Ally is related to Alfred? Is it someone he brought in to help Bruce wit his mission that backfired on the both of them? That would be so Snyder Alfred .

    - Surprised to see Catwoman popping up in both Batgirl books in the same month and in a semi-antagonistic role. Hopefully Selina will be used well here .

    - So..."unlikely criminal" = Kite Man?

    - Looks like the Order of St. Dumas is joining the 21st century with some teched-out soldiers. And more Zatanna .

    - A crime war between Tiger Shark and Blockbuster? Sounds cool.

    - DC seems to be getting a lot of mileage out of these Batman '66 team-ups.

    - It'll be nice to see Dixon write Bruce again.

By "closest allies" maybe they mean the actual closest allies in Batman's vicinity.
