yes. Once you buy it, you own it. On the PC version, the game makes most of it's money on extra costumes (that are purely cosmetic) and extra STASH (storage) space.

I have to say I'm a little disappointed that Cable didn't get added at launch. I had quite a bit of input on how Cable played over the last few years and I was the one that got them to add his psimitar powers where as previously he was energy/mental ranged damage only. I hope console gamers don't have to wait to long to experience the awesome that is Cable's psimitar.

I've never played it. Don't really play PC games. But as soon as they add Cable to the console version I'll give it a try.

Is it unheard of to be free when released to console? That idea is new to me. Will there be any cost to play the game to the end?

If it's like the pc version you can pay real life money for

1.) new costumes for your heroes
2.) new characters
3.( to level faster
4.) to improve your chances of gear dropping from enemies

However you slice it you can trade money for time: you can either play the game more and earn things with in game currency or you can spend money in real life to get those things faster.

So yes if it's like the computer version you can play the entire game without spending a penny. It'll just take you a lo of time if you want to unlock every character etc.

Great info!

When you unlock something with money or in game currency it's yours forever. Unles you buy a specific item that has a time requirement (example, a potion that lets you level up faster for two hours).

So like you can unlock costumes and store them in your bank and use them whener you want. Or you can unlock multiple team ups and switch whichever one you wanna use when you want.

Kinda sorta... From what I've read it's much much more in-depth. It's basically Diablo III with Marvel Heroes I think

Pretty solid lineup, but I'm a bit surprised Beast made the cut. I'd much rather have someone like Nightcrawler in the mix. But that's just me.
