Well, this is an odd turn of events. The Starboy album was originally released in November 2016. I'd say the window for brand synergy has long since pasted by this point.

The song came and went without making much of a splash. Maybe they integrate parts of Weeknd's story into Jessica Jones? Eka Darville would be the obvious choice for Starboy...although I think that name is kind of weak.

I really want to know if this will be a part of the MU or not. It might dictate how invested I'll be in the story. But I'm positively curious; I'm always willing to give brand new characters a shot.

Looks like he might get his powers in a science-y kind of way? And I still really want to know if this is supposed to take place in the MU or not.
But you know what would make me instantly buy this? If I knew there would be a character named Stargirl based on Lana Del Rey.
