This is a masterpiece if you compare it to the Avengers Assemble: Secret War trailer

Just checked out the Kamala intro clip and wow is that bad. It looks like one of those cheap flash animations.

Marvel is doing really badly in media that's not film or tv. I will just continue to avoid the cartoons until they decide to put actual effort into them.

Some people are bemoaning about the animation, others are whining about how they want EMH back, and meanwhile I'm just squeeing at seeing my favorite superhero ever continue to grow in exposure outside the comics.

I'm happy to see characters I like promoted in media as well, although I still wish the presentation could be better and on par with the greats of yesteryear .

Just another sign I guess on how I'm on such on an opposite wavelength compared to nearly everyone else on here, since I've not seen enough of yesteryear to full give judgement.

For example, in a move I'm sure that's bound to get all the 90's kids gasping and igniting into a frenzy, I prefer X-Men Evolution over X-Men TAS.

From strictly an animation perspective, you'd be right. Also, the final season of TAS was highly erratic at best in terms of story and art quality, while Evolution was really hitting its stride. Shame both it and Wolverine and the X-Men were cancelled right before the Age of Apocalypse arcs.

Sundry combinations of these strains will probably account for my...odd tastes, and eccentricities."

Can someone remind me why spectacular once cancelled?

I mean, I hated the old Disney spiderman but even that had better animation than this.

Because Marvel got the animation rights to Spider-Man back from Sony.
