It's normal for a composer to start work when the rough cut is finished. You need to see the whole thing before you can give it a unifying score.

You do the movie composition after the filming because the composer needs to see what he is putting music on for inspiration.

Well you’re wrong. Phoenix is suppose to be Jean at her full potential as a psi. Even in the credits she wasn’t labeled as Phoenix.
