is there a black 'scarlet witch' character yet, magic user?
there still need to be more black women heroes in general at Marvel, more than just one-shots and those set up to die.
Misty Knight.
Because of how stylized comic book art is, it's sort of tough to say who is better looking than whom.
It's like trying to decide who is better looking between Steve Rogers, Hank Pym, Clint Barton, Donald Blade, and Mar-Vell... you can almost chalk up Wasp sleeping with Clint in Austens Avengers run as an honest mistake.
Part of the appeal for Storm to me is she has distinct features that actually stand out. BUt if I had to pick someone I guess I'd say Monica. If nothing else, she has a look that keeps evolving, which is kind of nice.

Yeah, I think it's less about Marvel presenting female black characters at this point, because there are quite a lot of them, and more about committing to consistently giving them more appearances, or on a more subjective manner, more well-written appearances. I think the black female characters to have gotten the most appearances are Storm, Spectrum, Misty Knight, M, and Glory Grant, but even then, it's Storm that may be getting far more attention than the rest of them.
Definitely Monica. Heck, I think her cyborg arm makes her even more attractive.
"I should describe my known nature as tripartite, my interests consisting of three parallel and disassociated groups; a) love of the strange and the fantastic, b) love of abstract truth and scientific logic, c) love of the ancient and the permanent. Sundry combinations of these strains will probably account for my...odd tastes, and eccentricities."
