Can someone remind me - what do we really know so far about the Infinity Corporation?

I've been sort of so-so on the Hitch Justice League. The plot tends to be so drawn out I find that reading it in real time doesn't get me very far. I just re-read all of the Timeless, and enjoyed it much more in one sitting. But I'm trying to remember what we're supposed to know about the Infinity Corporation so far. I remember they were in the Rao JLA arc, but to be honest that storyline was so drawn out over so long I can't really recall much about it. Also, was the character of Molly the Keeper completely new to this storyline? From her story, I sort of wondered if she might have a connection to Stormwatch (which I've never read).
