I really liked this episode of Hawk and Dove. It just seemed out of place. It made me like Hank and gave his character more depth and compassion. His relationship with his brother, his protectiveness, his anger the loss it all worked for me in showing why he wanted to become Hawk.
As for the narrative of the show they are doing some interesting things. They are using this series clearly as springboards to see what characters work and lay groundwork for a plethora of spinoffs. A lot of these shows do this but not to this extent. Its weird though because I feel like with this episode in particular Hank got more actual character development than say Gar has the whole series.
The amount of time this show has invested in Hawk and Dove they better get a spin-off show or join the Titans team.
Well this looks....interesting. And by interesting I mean batshit bonkers
Something has been bothering me. It's the profanity. If you're constantly dropping f-bombs it ruins the impact of the word. We get it. Titans is a grimdark show. Message received. But at a certain point most young people learn they can't go through life talking like they're still in a college frat-house. So, how about you guys cool it a little with the f-bombs and save them for special occasions?
I’m honestly surprised they were even able to use Batman beyond a name drop
Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
Also, season finale? Aren’t there supposed to be 12 episodes?
Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
A great way for dick to become nightwing. Forcing him to replace batman. Great to see a evil batman, now superman fans can't moan about batman always being the good guy
I created a thread about Dick Grayson/Nightwing and Koriand'r/Starfire. It is to acknowledge and honor their iconic and popular relationship.
I created a fan page about Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson. This page is for all the Spider-Marriage fans.
