Filming has reportedly begun in Toronto with an end date for July.
And season four will be 8 episodes. Seems to be HBO Max is cutting episode counts on a few of their original shows for whatever that is worth.

Eight episodes would mean we have to get a concise story, but I don't trust that to help the actual writing.
The huge roster is one reason...
Kinda a shame when we get solid villains, we have to cut back on the episodes. Last season would've benefited from it. I still haven't finished it's so dull.

DC Titans Director Debunks Season 4 Episode Count Rumor
It was recently rumored by Midgard Times that Season 4 of Titans would feature eight episodes. This would have been a deviation from the previous seasons, as Season 1 contained 11 episodes, and Seasons 2 and 3 featured 13.
Boris Mojsovski, who will be directing a portion of Season 4, recently shared a post on Instagram about prep work starting for the show and was asked in the comments how many episodes the season would contain. The director replied to the comment and confirmed that there would be 12 episodes, making Season 4 right around the same length as previous seasons.
