Really, you're going to use this example? The costume already looks fantastic, the changes are so minor I can barely even detect them.

That Starfire costume is godawful. No way that particular costume can look better. And you are also comparing a $200 M+ movie with a cheap tv show.

Because tv shows have never made costumes that look dumb in leaked photos.

The Cap costume is pale and bland in the above pic while the below one looks dynamic and colorful. That's what movie magic does.

Not exactly going to save the day. It's making to Beast Boy "Costume" look good in comparison.

I grew up around hookers, hookers helped me with my home work I had an interesting childhood That's not a real "Hooker Outfit" it's too nice but it's definitely the Hollywood idea of one.

DC does well with their heroes on TV but IMO this is looking to be their Inhumans and I hope I'm wrong.

Has been that way in movies since forever.

Just the fur coat. The dress isn't part of the uniform.





Caveat: fabulously rich women can wear fur coats in Hollywood movies without it being code for prostitute, especially if they're evil.

This has zero bearing on reality. It's simply the language of film. Like Hollywood cowboys wearing cowboy hats while real life cowboys back in the days didn't.
