Victor Von Doom. I considered Ant Man, She Hulk, Hulk and Spider-Man for this final spot, but honestly Doom felt right.

That Silk book is one of the most readable things Marvel is doing right now imo. Don't know if its still continuing I picked up a couple of issues on sale at books a million for a dollar a piece.Actual hero vs Villain stories.

My interim Fantastic Four until Reed and Sue and the kids return would be as follows:

Human Torch/Johnny Storm
The Thing/Ben Grimm
Spider-Man/Peter Parker
Hulk/Jennifer Walters

Johnny would be the de facto leader, in the sense that he's the one who brings the four together and tries to keep them together in the name of honoring the Fantastic Four's legacy, and struggling with the pressure he imposes on himself to be a better, more mature person and hero than he used to be. Ben would be the second-in-command and sometimes take charge as leader, though he'd also struggle with wanting to support Johnny while also feeling like maybe Johnny's not quite cut out to be the one calling the shots for the four. Peter would be there to provide financial and technical support for the four as CEO of Parker Industries when he's not swinging into action as Spider-Man, while maintaining the guise that Spider-Man is simply Peter's bodyguard and Parker Industries' corporate mascot, though struggling with the change to his and Johnny's usual dynamic on account of their self-imposed new responsibilities and obligations. Jennifer would largely be acting as the four's legal representative, while struggling to cope with her feelings of loss, guilt, and betrayal after how her cousin Bruce Banner died and her anger over the circumstances of said death making her Hulk form more unstable and dangerous; in truth, she's with them because she hopes that if she completely loses control, they'll be there to stop her. Overall, the theme of this group would be about change and evolution and growth, about how they're not the same people they once were and can't be those people again, how they can't be exactly like the classic Fantastic Four, but if they have each other to lean on, to trust in, they can perhaps become better for it.
