Would loved to have seen the whole 66 Addams Family meet the 66 Batman Family

Gomez Addams vs. Bruce Wayne / Batman
    Morticia Addams vs. Catwoman
Wednesday Addams vs. Barbara Gordon / Batgirl
Pugsley Addams vs. Dick Grayson / Robin
    Lurch vs. Alfred
    Grandmama vs. Aunt Harriet
    Uncle Fester vs. Commissioner Gordon

Further both Batman Family and the Addams Family appeared on Scooby-Doo, solidifying their not just live action but animated shared universe.
Just wish we could get a three way crossover team-up in the comcs.

Wayne - Fred - Gomez Addams
    Catwoman - Daphne - Morticia
Barbara Gordon - Velam - Wednesday
Dick Grayson - Shagy(voiced by same) - Pugsley
    Ace - Scooby - Thing

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe took elements from its earlier Filmation stablemate John Blackstar, and there are Easter Eggs of the latter in the former.

There could have been a multiverse-spanning crossover the way DC did He-Man/Thundercats.

Well, the Dungeons and Dragons setting called the Forgotten Realms is being folded into the multiverse of the Magic the Gathering card game as of next summer, when Magic does a Forgotten Realms set.

Has anyone mentioned Brian Sanderson's Cosmere? That's something like four or five different worlds that're interconnected, with characters who pop up in different series.

What are we calling the Godzilla-Kong universe? Monsterverse is already taken by the classic Universal monsters, so....Titanverse?

Injustice did a crossover with He-Man.....are we counting that as being part of the same setting or was it just a fun crossover?

Godzilla and King Kong could be Kaiju universe.

And since WB owns both DC and He-Man, with the latter taking place on another planet (plural for She-ra), it could very well be the same universe.

As apposed to just appearing in the same material from the go, the whole idea of emphasizing a "shared" universes, is acknowledging they are from different pages, otherwise what is shared?
Isn't there some sort of weird timeline, I think, with the Wolfman or Invisible Man films? Seems like one movie was set in the 30's. Then the next film with that character was set 15 years later even though it was still made in the 30's. Then the next one was supposed to be 20 or so years after the previous story, even though it was still made in the 30's or 40's. So that would put the story of the movie in the late 1960's.

The official name is MonsterVerse and is trademarked, owned, and copyrighted by Legendary / WB out the ying yang.

Universal dumbly screwed up their trademarks recently with their attempt at a new movie universe.

You might be thinking of the Mummy movies.

The original Mummy movie (from 1932) starts in 1921 then jumps ahead tens years. That would make it 1931. No problems yet.

The Mummy's Hand (1940) take place in May 1940. We're still good.

The Mummy's Tomb (1942) is said to take place 30 years after the Mummy's hand. So it would be in the 1970. At the end of the movie, a character receives his draft notice for World War II. So WWII lasted until the 70s in the Universal Monsters universe... or something.

The Mummy's Ghost (1944) is just two years after the Mummy's Tomb. So 1972.

The Mummy's Curse (1944) jumps ahead ANOTHER 25 years. So the Final Lon Chaney Jr Mummy movie, it would take place in 1997.

Bill Clinton was President, people were playing the Nintendo 64, DiCpario was starring in Titanic and the Mummy was rising from the Louisianan Swamps.

    Behold, Fashions of the 90s.

That's great - thanks! I had heard there was some sort of weird timeline for the Universal monsters but I didn't know which film.

Talking about classic Hollywood reminds me of the Dead End Kids.

The original actors all appeared in the stage play, THE DEAD END KIDS, on Broadway in 1935. Sam Goldwyn brought them out to Hollywood to make their first movie at United Artists, THE DEAD END KIDS, in 1937. On the success of that film, Warner Bros. picked up this group of actors for the same roles in a series of sequels--which included ANGELS WITH DIRTY FACES in 1938.

They were so popular that they were loaned out to Universal, who made a series of Little Tough Guys movies with them. Monogram Pictures got in the act and drafted the same actors into their East Side Kids which became the Bowery Boys.

As the Wikipedia article says: "In total the various teams that began life as 'The Dead End Kids' made 89 films and three serials for four different studios during their 21-year-long film career. The team was awarded a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame that can be found at the corner of La Brea and Hollywood."
