As much as I love the fact that we're getting a revitalization of the traditional Vertigo properties in Young Animal, I would like to see them reach outside that sandbox (which thankfully seems to be the case with Forager). So, I propose the following:

Metamorpho: The Element Man by the Allreds (once Forager ends)
Black Lightning by Matt Fraction and Sean Murphy
the Outsiders (if not the former two)
The Great Ten by Grant Morrison and Javier Pulido
Crimson Fox by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Marcos Martin
The New Gods by Jonathan Hickman and Joe Quinones

Especially if they draw inspiration from the original Golden Age tales.

-Black Orchid: either Neil Gaiman's version or a new version)

I would like a "Runaways" title featuring Tye Longshadow, Eduardo Dorado Jr., and Asami Koizumi. Have them as escaping a secret lab in the Southwest that has been experimenting on children/teens. I wouldn't include Virgil/Static in this since I want his comic counterpart to stay with his original origin. However, I would want a larger cast than just 3, so I wouldn't consider adding other characters like Terra or Koryak. I think their history could even include NOWHERE/Harvest better then Superboy's or the Teen Titan's. They would also need a name change as well.

I'd love a new Shadowpact. JLDark had some good members, but Shadowpact is just a much better and more unique name/concept.
It has the potential to become its own popular IP like Suicide Squad, instead of always being in the shadows of the League.
I'd probably add Zatanna, Deadman, Black Orchid and Frankenstein to Shadowpact and go with it. No Constantine this time. He hogs too much of the spotlight.

Metamorpho feels like the right fit. I wouldn't want to see Sugar & Spike or Stanley & His Monster given the Young Animal treatment. I could see Ultra the Multi-Alien or Sea Devils. Maybe Brother Power or Blue Devil.

The 2012 version was superb, so I'd love to see China Miéville have another run of Dial H
Other possibilities:
Shazam - A edgier imprint like Young Animal would be perfect to explore one of the unique aspects of Shazam: he is basically a virgin surrounded by a brothel.
Multiversity/Elsewords - let the creative team go wild with the possibilities in monthly one-shots.
