For the titans. Beast Boy is more popular than even robin in the tt cartoon. And generally is the most well known character of the team after starfire and raven. Cyborg is just forcibly pushed without any of the fan investment and mass fan base.

With the big three villains of dc being Lex Luthor, Joker,and Darkseid.
Among the x-men it’s wolverine,cyclops,and jean grey
Among the avengers Captain America,thor,and iron man
Among the marvel villains thanos,Loki,and doctor doom.
