X-Men "Gifted" TV show discussion and speculation

Wow just saw the episode for this and I got to say this is has to be the best one this season like holy hell I'm really glad they focused on the mutant underground aspect is that a breaking the plot into two separate narratives. It really gives the Inner Circle a more mysterious / Sinister approach to their attack on the mental hospital. Hopefully we can stop at Andy pity train now and focus completely on taking down the Inner Circle although I imagine Kate will still be The Grieving mother

Would a nurse really give an opioid injection to an addict? I thought it was supposed to be "do no harm"? It struck me as being too out of character, am curious how others perceived it. And didn't seem right that Reed never stopped her during any of it, his character seems to have gotten pretty spineless compared to his prosecutor self in the beginning of season 1. Also she was too nonchalant after he had the heart attack.

I mean Reed did bring up the fact that she was a nurse so she should be healing people instead of putting them into pain.

I think the bottom line is that Kate since the start of the season has been on full desperation mode and her need to get Andy back. So I think there's enough justification there to understand why she would go to such extreme lengths in order to get her son back.

Thank god. I hope this show gets a season 3 but even if it not I'm still very much looking forward to all 16 episodes of season 2.
