Yes, they said that in their 40 minute Eclipse Day interview, I didn't say as they said alot of things in that long group Facebook interview, but they have been planning it. Smart timing too with The Gifted release date.

I guess that those rumors about Fox skipping SDCC and revealing some of their movie stuff at NYCC is slowly becoming true. I'm pretty excited!

I guess they feel there is a good visual contrast between Polaris and Thunderbird. Lean lanky female versus like big hulky guy?

Think the sunlight factor may be correct, but it will probably get gradually greener & brighter (more yellow/less blue influence). Believe that's her real hair tho, either actually dyed, with some colored pieces added in, or both, but not a full-on wig... I don't think.

Oh for sure! The Gifted showed up at SDCC because of the shows' relation to Marvel Entertainment. My excitement comes from the fact that, it showing up at NYCC as well means that they also care enough about that event to show something relevant there. You usually don't get much big news coming out of NYCC if at all.
