X-Men "Gifted" TV show discussion and speculation

I'm not saying a season 2 isn't happening and I think it will, but does anyone honestly believe Fox isn't going to do what Disney wants? One Fox wanted this deal and two who would tick off the new boss before even getting in the door?

Especially those trying to keep their jobs going into the change

Does anyone think that Season 1 could be a prequel to something bigger?

The show is Gifted and the school was called Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters. Maybe the Cuckoos already belong to Emma's Massachusetts Academy for Gifted children and this will all lead to that school.

I'm also of the mind that Emma might've died in the 7/15.

I think they might give it another season, but the poster is right if they want to utilize any characters for their upcoming films they will want to clear them from the show in a year or so. However, canceling the show doesn't require that happens as there are other means and there is only one or two characters I can see them as possibly interested in bringing over to the MCU.



True. They will have an influence though and likely be trying to influence things Fox Studios is planning even before the regulators do approve the deal though.

Though if they brought them over the same writers and such wouldn't be making whatever they brought them over to and the whole reality would be different so if they brought say Lorna and Blink over they wouldn't be leading a group of mutants on the run from sentinel services and such...

I don't think they'll go that route but they could and it would be cool

It looks to me like the Frost Triplets will be basically part of a neo Hellfire Club type organization, I don't know if they'll be the leaders of it or just members or what though

A lot of people aren't really feeling her over the top melodrama and think it slows down the show. But the actress has a fanbase that watches just for her as well.

I think the concept of ordinary humans being allies with the mutant underground is good, it shows "Not every human" is horrible in the show and it gives the sense of hope for a future of co existence
