I'm guessing that, with the peacock in the foreground, that it's a picture of the gods in their animal forms. I don't know which one the snake is, as I think it's unlikely that Rucka is introducing Asclepius, the god of medicine, to the fold. It shouldn't be Ares, because his animals were the cur and the vulture. Also, it looks like there might be a vulture on one of the branches already. Originally Posted by AmiMizuno

Sharp's been posting on a lot of cool concept stuff on his twitter. This was the original Ares reveal page, and I almost wish they had used this one instead.
