Loving this preview. And yeah I agree Teen Titans, especially the newest ones, should be made aware of whoever their villains are. Poor NuWally.

In the Titans defense, we are talking about a Kid Flash... someone who has a rather notorious issue with paying attention. Bart and Wally have both sort of admitted to have the problem because they either get bored or think the whole thing through before the other guy has finished talking.

Also in the last issue, or the one before that, Wally was the one to admit he had no idea what Damian meant by 'Position X' even though Damian had gone over it at some point.

I'm just glad Wally's not a girl, otherwise these scenes with Slade would take on a completely different (and even creepier) context .

There's too many Flashes ... and too many Kid Flashes ... I know! We'll have ANOTHER Kid Flash and his name will also be Wally West! WOOT for great ideas!

Ah, but anyway. 21 Year Old Titans Wally is a redheaded corn-fed midwestern white guy who graduated to being "The Flash" after Crisis On Infinite Earths, and now shares being "The Flash" with Barry. (And Jay, but more on that later.)

14-15 Year Old Teen Titans Wally is a mixed-race teenage gearhead whose dad was the angry black sheep scuzzball of the West family and through some New 52 shenanigans became the Neo-Reverse-Flash.

Their characters have similarities - being members of the West family, Iris's nephews, unknown cousins to one another now after a retcon, being named Wally, becoming Barry's "KID FLASH". But they are pretty different from one another now that we have O.G. Wally back. So really what needs to be done is something to distinguish between the names. It's kind of okay that they have the same name (even if it's rooted in daffy New 52 decision-making) but a nickname or something to distinguish Original Wally from Neo-Wally is pretty important at this point.

Hoping they could do a Wallace/Walter sort of thing, or figure out another Wallace-based nickname for one of them to go by. But I'm hard-pressed to think of a better way than them just being Kid Flash and Flash and how Barry is also Flash and that opens more questions and possible confusion for casual readers and such.
