ok i found a new or at least new to me called earth-abc. anyway I was wondering what is the deal with the heroes Tom Strange and Tom Strong ? are they brothers, cousins or what ? plus I would also like to know if there still making comics with them ? there kind of cool.

There was a recent mini-series from Vertigo. They are sorta different version of the same guy, think of them like Earth 1 and Earth 2 Superman.

I have to ask: Do you actually read comics, or do you just ask questions about them? Because this one is easily solved by reading the "Tom Strange" issues of Tom Strong or Terra Obscura.
They're great comics, and they're easy to get ahold of in multiple editions. You should read them.
