Even being bedridden will not prevent Agent Odell from spooking someone.

I'm still wondering if Odell is knowingly or unknowingly working for the Anti-Montior. It would explain how Odell has so much control and power, plus Black Lightning's new suit (obviously stolen from Brainiac 5).

It's kind of fun watching Black Lightning and his cast have to deal with such comic-booky stuff like a multiverse, and the pangs of a shared universe, since it's been relatively more grounded and isolated so far. Everyone had the appropriate freaking out at the Crisis Red Skies that was needed without feeling to off-putting or derailing the show.

I enjoyed Jefferson's reaction to Gambi's explanation of the multiverse, though I wondered how did Gambi knew about the multiverse in the first place . . .

Then I remembered seeing him on "NCIS: LA" with M'yrnn and Robin, plus later that week I saw him on Magnum PI . . .

Finally, everything made sense.

I have to admit I'm going to be disappointed if they make Brandon Geo-Force. I was kind of looking forward to the Pierce family having to watch over a sheltered, awkward, European prince, and teaching him how the world really works.

Example:

Jennifer: I'm going to put on some music.

Prince Brion: Who is this?

Jennifer: 50 Cent.

Prince Brion: I thought that was currency.

Jennifer: Okay . . . today's first lesson is music . . .

I am giddy with delight. No, seriously. I am. I just hope Season 3 ends with the ASA getting their comeuppance and Khalil/Painkiller getting his memories back and rebelling against the ASA for how they made him kill his own mother.

So this is Post-Crisis. I'm glad the show's short term arcs weren't really affected in any way, and Jeff and Jen returned somewhat disoriented but not completely lost and confused. I think it would've been appropriate, though, if Jeff went to Gambi with the whole "Superman is real!" thing and Gambi was just like "Of course he's real, he's in the news all the time!"

Lynn...holy crap...she looks BAD. She has now become a complete addict.

I like Black Lightning letting Blackbird take the lead and inspire others.

I just wonder how they'll solve the "The President is involved!" stuff with the ASA right now, seeing how that nice lady that gave Oliver an eulogy probably did NOT order a lunatic like Odell to put a whole city under martial law.
