I don't think #1 goes well for Slade either.
Danny defeated several heavily armored SWAT officers without any problems, so the armor isn't gonna be any use.
And needless to say, Danny is much quicker and more skilled than Slade.

That's not accurate. TV IF is not nearly as skilled as Slade, and Slade has some impressive speed like plucking arrows from the air and beating people who treat groups of thugs/cops/ assassins like jokes (who himself can also treat like jokes).

What highly skilled mobs? The young kids he had Davos help him with? Or the small hand ninja groups that had people than even Night Nurse could fight and not lose too immediately?

Just because they are supposed to be highly skilled doesn't mean their feats dictate that they are. Slade can beat the likes of Oliver, Billy Wintergreen, Diggle, etc....., people who have actual feats beyond just being said to be good.

Also, Slade is faster. Sans powers, he can still catch arrows fired at close range by Oliver and others. Like to see Danny do that.

I was very underwhelmed with Danny's fighting skill. Aside from a few acrobatic stunts he's not that good. For someone who was touted to be the best fighter, he has a lot of trouble with skilled mob guys.

The story also started to go downhill after the first half of the season.

Both are debatable but the impression I've gotten from what I've seen of IF on NF so far is that he is out if he takes a good hit. I think Wilson is skilled enough to get in that one good hit and Wilson can take one.

Round 2: The Iron Fist attack is devastating though Wilson's strength should be too. But I'll go with IF on this one.

1) Slade has better feats and fight history against quantifiably impressive opponents. He wins.

2) End of series Danny, who can use several IFs, AOE and only gets stronger and faster the longer he fights definitely wins.
