Much needed win for Swansea last night. After the first half, I thought we had no chance but pulled it out of the bag for the second half. Amazing how tight the Championship is at the moment.

Stafford Rangers lost 4-0 away to Lye Town in the Walsall Senior Cup last night. Stafford had a young team out but that's not much of an excuse. Bad times.

Jose Mourinho's had a miserable last few days. First on Saturday, Man U had what looked like a sure fire win against Chelsea until a late goal in stoppage time resulted in a 2-2 tie, followed by his getting punked on the sidelines by a Chelsea assistant coach. Then he lost to Juventus 1-0 in UEFA Champions League play yesterday. If his seat isn't the hottest in the EPL (for managers not in the relegation zone), it must be plenty damn close.

Good day of football yesterday (for me at least). Swansea won, Stafford won in the FA Trophy and Cardiff lost. Shame Wolves lost, but hey, can't win them all. I also had a horse win at 11/1.

Awful news elsewhere though. With the Leicester helicopter crash, Glenn Hoddle's reported heart attack and a Brighton fan passing away, it was a sad day.
