Assuming he can perform as well in England as he did in France than I agree dzub, Lacazette could be a great signing for Arsenal (not against Liverpool obviously but against everyone else LOL)

I wouldn't say it came out nowhere though as the press here have been talking about Lacazette joining Arsenal on-and-off for about a month now.

Swansea City have completed the signing of Spanish midfielder Roque Mesa for £11m on a four-year deal.

It's finally done. This deal seemed to drag out for ages. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Well it has not gone well for the Welsh teams in the Europa League tonight. Bala, Bangor and Connah's Quay all lost 3-0, and they're all out. Gutted. Hopefully TNS can pull it off in the Champions League.

Or for Scotland with St Johnstone getting knocked out. Shamrock Rovers and Cork City managed to get through which is good for the Irish.

To be honest, I'm not even sure it's a good signing for Everton (if I briefly take my LFC fan hat off for a moment LOL). As IMO, he's past his prime. And, well, he's a big name nowadays and he might be expecting the team to be based around him (whether he does or not I don't know to be fair).

Then again, he was a freebie so outside of wages he's not costing them anything so...

Wait and see how he does for them.

Lots of rumours on twitter than Gylfi is off to the Everton for £30m. I'll be fuming if we've let him go for that amount. He's worth £40m at least when you look at his assists, goals, free kicks etc. This will be typical of the new owners at Swansea though. Sell star player for less than what he's worth, replace him with someone a third of the cost and pocket the profit. They did the same thing last summer.

It could all be rumour though and no truth in it. Fingers crossed.
