Didn't score, but totally dominated and ran the show.

If Stoke goes down, he is staying up in the league. What do you think of Huw Jenkins' and his speech FluffySheep?

    And Wilshere just scored!

Is this the speech about the dodgy dealings that were done behind the supporter's trust's back? I'm sure the truth will all come out eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if he does step down at the end of the season either way.

I'm quite like Carvalhal so far. He has a way with words - "I will do my best to try and bring in the best players. I will look to the lobsters and sea bass, but if not we must buy sardines. But sometimes the sardines can win games."

I'm hoping for Spurs to beat West Ham tonight. We need all the help we can get at the bottom.

It is well worth the trip just for the rib roll tbh. Only issue is he is only there on a match day. Think it is a couple of quid entry but you get a free drink with it so evens out.

Back to the football anyway, Mike Dean. Good lord what is wrong with that man?! How was a foul not given on Lanzini just before Son scored? Terrible refereeing again costing West Ham points.

Both goals last night were of the highest quality no keeper in the world would stop either of them. Very good defensive display from us Spurs really couldn't break us down and it took a moment of quality from Son to level it up. One of the downsides though had to be on the walk back to Wembley Park station Spurs supporters spitting on us as we were walking down the ramps. Police watched it happen and did nothing. You stay classy Spurs fans.

It was hilarious. The whole town centre just stared as forty were marched by the police. My mum bless her thought it was the EDL!
That's one of our favourites at West Ham too always gets a chuckle from me. The worst I've ever had and been a part of was the last time we played Millwall away. All met at Liverpool Street station pushed into a very heavy police escort and marched to London Bridge. South Bermondsey has a designated tunnel that leads directly into the away end and I was thankful of that as I have been the other times I've gone there too.

Birmingham is also a little rough and very police heavy which isn't ideal.

I bought my tickets for Wolves v Swansea earlier. Can't say I'm looking forward to it too much because I can see us getting battered, but you never know! I'm just hoping for a good performance and see the team put the effort in.

Great result last night, Milner getting his first goal of the season (I think) and Van Dijk scoring on his debut. Good game as well, decent goal for Everton as well and we did look more solid with Van Dijk, I know it's only one game but he impressed me particularly with him barking out orders on a regular basis which is something we've lacked really since Carragher retired. Good start to the year for Liverpool in League and Cup.

Nice little bonus with Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal all dropping points as well which helps as far as the CL thing is concerned and...I know we're not going to win the League but I was looking at the table last night and we're only three points off Man Utd so...Maybe we can finish as high as second?

Yeah, I can't see Allen not being in the Premier League next season, I'd have thought there'd be several clubs who'd be interested in him if Stoke did go down.

LMAO Did Carvalhal really say that? If he did then I love him as well just for the entertainment value. As for the Spurs and West Ham game, well they drew which is good for Liverpool and I guess West Ham drawing is alright for you if not exactly perfect?

Didn't see any highlights never mind the Lanzini thing you mention geoffpayne but Mike Dean has never been a favourite of mine personally. Sorry to hear about your fans being spat on by a portion of the Spurs fans.

Well, if you lose at least you'll have less games than any of your rivals who progress in the Cup this weekend and at least it'd be to a team that you have a soft spot for as you've mentioned in the past. Who knows, maybe you'll get us in the next round?

Well I'm gutted to have drawn today but it could've been worse. Wolves certainly weren't the force I was expecting. I think it shows how pants the other Championship teams are for them to be top of the league. Ref wasn't great again. I didn't get to see the Wolves sending off in a replay or anything, so I don't know how bad it was, but Fer's sending off was a joke. Easily a yellow but definitely not a red. The ref just wanted to even things up because the Wolves fans were on his back I reckon. Anyway, this was my view for the afternoon...

I watched Coventry today. What a result. Shame that the Stoke fans were for the large part disgusting. A few of them were being incredibly racist.

It was inevitable. The Stoke fans were very angry at him and spent most of the game holding up banners or trying to charge the home fans.

Sorry to hear about the behaviour of my fellow Spurs fans. Nasty stuff. Makes me feel sick.

Stoke fans can be a disgrace. The fact they boo Aaron Ramsey for having his leg broken there is shocking.

All the talk on the radio and twitter after the Coventry game was all about Stoke and Mark Hughes but barely anyone mentioned how well Coventry have done today. Fair play to them. Great win.

I did thanks. Got a sore throat from shouting and singing now though!

Coventry were superb. Outclassed them up until the final 15. Stoke looked terrible. Ramadan was decent on the wing, but they were horrendous.
