2. Minor complaint, but Kwannon is wayyy too tall in that final panel. Not sure what's up with that. She's clearly wearing flat footwear on that promo image and every other team member seems to be drawn at the appropriate heigth.

Canon (which I actually reject), Kwannon is as tall as Betsy, which means 1.80cm (5′11″). Issue there is that Scott should be 10cm taller.

That's great! I was afraid Nori was left out in favor of Maystorm.

Rogue is on the cover for issue 4. I’m wondering if she’ll be reinterpreted as a Japanese character or if the series will start becoming more global with her inclusion.

I don't know if she's younger there or its the art but maybe she's a student as well? Mystique and Destiny are in Japan for some reason and had to take a younger Rogue with them?

She doesn't have the same fashion style but she comes off kind of like a Japanese delinquent.

Just saw some speculation on Reddit that Natsu is a version of Cyclops. She has the “one-eye”, her hidden eye is bright red, and Natsu translates to “summer”.

Also Mori could be a version of Molly Hayes.
