I feel like it might be for one of those big jump-off issues that tease where each of the titles are going. Pure speculation, but it seems to feature characters from multiple different titles. Alternatively could just be a banner for the next era of the line like the Reign of X teaser that we got.

Yeah, it seems like a group shot to announce the new era. So it looks like Gambit is still wearing his Excalibur costume. I expect a relaunch for that book.
