I'm liking that card game especially. The X-Men down time and character development has been sorely missing in the last few years.
Weapon X #5:
And finally, a mysterious Mojo tease:
Nice. Loving all of that. From Logan and Kurt playing cards with Rogue, Illyana and Dani to Logan and Bishop to Deadpool interacting with Gabby and Laura. Good stuff. I'm in.
EDIT---Responded to soon. Just saw the rest. Which also looks good. I think the Mojo tease is from X-men Blue.
Nice!
Moonstar's back! I think that's the issue focused on Colossus and Magik...
Deadpool in Laura's book is so exciting to me. Can't wait for that. And the Iceman teases are superb.
So we can look forward:
- A fun/awesome/sexy card game (Yay Rogue, Dani, and Magik!!!) in Gold.
- Logan squaring off against Bishop in Astonishing (or just meeting each other in the chaos).
- Deadpool in All-New Wolverine and meeting Gabby .
- Bobby and Kitty awkwardness in Iceman.
- Dennis Hopeless writing Namor .
- Warpath tearing through Weapon X's machines (guess that means the team frees him and Deathstrike).
- The Mojo issue in Blue.
Storm can be seen in that Mojo panel. I think it's Gold, but might be a Blue-Gold crossover, since Paniccia tagged both titles.
That Rogue/Dani/Magik/Logan/Kurt card game image is obviously my favorite thing in a long time.
Jean Grey in the words of Walt Whitman, from his masterpiece Leaves of Grass, "Song of Myself" (51 and 52):
"Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself, (I am large, I contain multitudes.)"
"Failing to fetch me at first keep encouraged, Missing me one place search another, I stop somewhere waiting for you."
