Mojo is not a mutant, no. But Sinister got him to give television to Krakoa in one of Incoming! short stories.

Krakoa is not just the island, Krakoa is the entire ecosystem itself: Flora, fauna and geography. So, eating an "animal" from Krakoa should not generate ethical problems as long as Krakoa allows. After all, Krakoa feeds on the psionic energy of mutants so it is a symbiotic relationship.
