Crosses fingers that this leads to some of the lesser known Claremont characters we've been missing from this era making an appearance. Would love if whatever this project is, it gives us a glimpse of what some of his Excalibur characters like Freakshow, Wicked, Hub, Shola Inkose, etc might be up to on Krakoa. Oooh, or Sketch. He always wanted her to become an X-Man.

Speaking of Hub, I did a redesing for her because I thought she was cool. I'll try to find an appropriate thread to share it.

There is an afterthought quality to the poncho aesthetic.

There's just really not a lot of visual interest there - the poncho doesn't have the same flair as a cape, her hair is constrained, she doesn't have the Beaubier pointed ears/razor cheekbones/drama eyebrows going, and the colors are a big meh. It's, unfortunately, the most boring Aurora has ever looked, and the book isn't doing great things for her personality wise either. Orlando's known for deep continuity dives, though. Maybe she'll finally get some payback against Sabretooth.

Not sure if it was posted, but here's a preview art of Daken vs Creed (2)? In a Marauders future issue. I have no problem with the current art, I think it's neat, in a manga-ish way. But this art here looks fantastic.

Hmm the solicit for #5 lists Andrea Broccardo as the artist. I like it a lot more than the first few issues.

Interesting that we see Armor and Penance in that Wolvie/Ms. team-up. Armor has been part of SWORD so I can see her being there with Storm, but I wonder if this art is revealing some of the new X-Men team members? Otherwise it's all super random. LOL!

Del Otto is GOAT. He made it differently than his usual style(with acrylic on canvas). By color pencils on black paper.
But his pencilling is still the same

Wolverine isn't actually with the X-Men team in those preview pages. He is with Storm, Penance and Armor. Also the preview is for a MS. MARVEL & WOLVERINE special, so I'm not sure how including one of the two title characters is a "forced" appearance?
