Considering she's a teenager, I'm okay with it.

Not sure any woman would really make the choice to display underboob in combat, anyway. Bedroom, yes... kinky party, yes. Superhero battle? No.

It doesn't look like she's actually showing any underboob, the top is cut low enough that everything is still covered, it's like teen Jean's version of that old Maddy outfit, but with the obvious differences...
