The cover for Weapon X #18 has finally been released.

Gotta say, all the covers since chapter 15 have been very bad. lol

In any case, looking at this, seems OML & Warpath aren't leaving the team, like solicits would have you think. But they just both got captured by Omega Red, which is why it's just Sabretooth and The Ladies in chapters 18 - 19. Seems that roster change may not happen until the "Fresh Start."

I really dislike the digital, "hyper realistic" drawing/coloring style of that cover... Gives me a weird wibe and doesn't really give me the coomic book feeling, if you guys know what I mean.

Or it's the swansong on the series for both, not necessarily that issue directly but that arc perhaps...

Sometimes I enjoy the realistic look. But it has to have appealing art, which this cover does not. lol

And this was the only good cover the book had, imo. Otherwise, they've been unimpressive to horrible. The Domino x Warpath was ok, but still eh.

The thing about the realistic look is that the coloring have to be really complimenting to the art, which has to be quite good, or else it just looks weird. It's very easy for the coloring to highlight the flaws in the art, anatomical or otherwise. which is the case with the cover of Weapon X #18 as well as that pic with Laura, Logan and Creed.

I think it's Mimic, or Adam X, or an old Wild Child. Perhaps an old Eye Boy with his extra eyes closed.

Like stated, White has fans playing the guess game. There'd be nothing shocking about it being Creed.

I was thinking Dog Logan, since many probably don't even think about him these days.

Plus he's a Wolverine, or close enough. The collection of Logan DNA wouldn't be complete without bringing back his brother plus the sons, daughters, and Old Man additions.

I don't think it looks like Havok. For some reason I think his hair wouldn't look like that if he ever decided to keep it long

I think he looks most like Mimic or Wild Child, but then 616 Mimic tends to be brown haired, sometimes lighter sometimes darker
