I'm really intrigued because I'm a big time cyberpunk fan, but am really wondering if the genre will work with the X-Men. It's the only issue of the What If mini that got my attention though

Agreed! I'm really intrigued by this. I've always had a soft spot for What If comics. Some are downright awful, but the ones that are good are usually very good. I hope this is one of them.

I am intrigued for the same reason. X-Men has had cyberpunky elements at times, such as the techno-organic virus and especially X-Men 2099 (with its mega-corps and technologically-advanced dystopia). So, it will be interesting to see them lean into it in another way.

I thought the figure in the background was Spiral at first, as first glance had me thinking that the female had more than two arms.
Really excited for the Shatterstar mini. I hope it's the first of many X-Men miniseries' and one-shots- there are dozens of X-Men who could do with some exposure outside of the team environment.
