Jean. Just poor Jean. Storm/Bishop don't seem half bad. Beast, too. The rest I feel like he just gave up. Cannonball's hair. But just poor Jean's face.

Hush you...stop trying to bring logic and common sense into this...
Nightcrawler is teleporting like Magik. He's hunky though.
So many boring covers. I don't think any so far has been able to capture the interest, expectation and enormity of what a relaunched Uncanny should look and feel like.
New character, Gringrave, from the Shatterstar solo, by Villa from an interview with Seeley from https://www.newsarama.com/41972-shat...-men-cuts.html
Cliff Chiang's Uncanny variant is the only one I've really liked so far.
If we're talking about the mojoverse, then it makes sense to pattern the villains off of famous characters.
I like the reason behind it:
Seeley: She's brand new, and we'll see how she fits into the Shatterstar's history. Her design is based on the original idea that Mojoworld is influenced by the pop culture of Earth. So, while Shatterstar (and Longshot) come from Western pop culture, Gringrave comes from Eastern...she's part anime school girl warrior, part Bollywood. And she is mean as hell.
I hope we see more of the new characters have influences and designs on different parts of the world. South Asian & West Indian, mostly..
Oh, that is cool. Glad I already planned on picking this up.
