Upcoming X-books art teases

I hope Rosenberg brings in some characters we haven't seen in a while to tag along with Logan and Scott. Assuming that's Illyana, we have her. But I'd also like to see characters like Cecilia Reyes, Frenzy, Neal Shaara, Forge, Sunfire, etc.

With all the big names off in an alternate reality, I'd like the office to use this time to give these lesser-known characters a chance to shine. And pairing them up with two of the biggest names in X-Men would be a good way to give them exposure.

I'd like that but I feel like it's going to end up being Scott, Alex, Logan, Sean, Illyana, and some of the other New Mutants that aren't in Age of X-Man - since we know that at least Moonstar gets hijacked.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Cyclops and Wolverine collevt alkyl the previous members who are still uneffected by AoXM.

That could include Magik, Sunspot, Chamber, Lifeguard, Neal Shaara, Sage, Hijack and so on.

With Magik comes Havok. Both are being held by O.N.E. albeit under much different circumstances.

Rosenberg set that up nicely in order to use his two favorites again.

I’d be totally OK with Cyclops, Wolverine, Magik, & Havok as the base of this team (if there even is a team formed). The addition of Emma would be icing on the cake.

I wonder how Jean would take it if she came back from the alternate reality thing with the other X-Men to find Scott alive again and back with Emma...especially as then Logan would be back to his old self as well...

My dream art teams (if we get Uncanny and Adjectiveless) would be Pacheco & Larraz on Uncanny, with Pere Perez and Dautermann on adjectiveless.

This is probably due to her being further away from this “camera” angle that Larroca is doing with the art.

Not really. Magik has never been one of the taller characters. As a New Mutant, she was always the shortest girl, after Rahne.

Just occurred to me that if the blue/dark-ish thingy in the corner turns out to be Cyclops' shoulder, that's Wolverine staring intently at Cyclops' actual beard.

Makes sense. I really want to see Emma interact with Illyana, too.

Anka has a weird sense of proportion sometimes. His fighting-game girls are amazing, but sometimes he messes up a bit with other female characters. Magik seems to be one of those.
