Pretty sure the blue people are Atlanteans. I don't think the white and purple costumed dude is Avalanche, but I don't know who it could be. The old dude in the cloak might be Xavier?
Maybe Anya Lensherr survived.
No X-men monday? again?

Nope. At best JDW will do a Q&A late tonight, but that's it.
Usually if he hasn't shared anything by 10:30, then he's not going to. From what I have observed.
JDW to busy reading Batman comics and complaining that DC had the audacity to give him an on-panel (old) age.
oh no JDW is slowly transforming into Paniccia. first the X-Men Mondays disappear, then so does he
also lol at Batman taking up like 6 spots on the top 10 even though he's breaking JDW's "we don't want our heroes to look old because....nostalgia and profit???" rule
Wonder what he'll say when batman retires or gets married at the end of kings run(rember he hinted at the end of the first arc his run will end with batman going away). Also it's like fresh idea can generate intrest. Lastly isnt it bad to cancel you one constant form of marketing when a major event has has the worst marketing possible.

yeah, even with Rebirth crashing and burning, there are definitely some things that Marvel (specifically the X-Office) could learn from DC:
-LETTING TEEN HEROES GROW UP. There is such a backlog of teen X-students that you can easily let the same 11 characters we've been begging for graduate and still have more than enough wallpaper/fodder kids.
-Have faith in the product. if it goes down, at least it happened. almost all of DC's New Age of Heroes wasn't all that well-received that it kept them from cancellation, but the titles that DID survive are hits. Silencer and The Terrifics (IIRC) are being used in other titles and are most likely getting adapted at one point or another. ofc balls were dropped with this project but the overall idea was solid
-putting conventional top artist talent on the books if that's the driving franchise for your company.
-letting heroes grow. even if he was talking about an alternate version of bruce, we know that nu52!heroes were an attempt at de-aging heroes and making them "more relatable for the new gens" which quickly became contrived and thus.....rebirth. there were other problems with the new 52 but these problems were specifically targeted towards supes and bats
their whole lynchpin to Rebirth got killed off in the very next event. the event that was supposed to explain all the mysteries got delayed to hell as all dangling subplots were either resolved in a lackluster manner or were flat out ignored.
