Emma is the opposite of a devourer
She's A Lifebringer
It's curious how Scott went from shy, responsible guy to slut. It really doesn't make the character any favors.
It's kind of sad actually when a character is defined by his love life.
Scott's not a slut though. He was in a long term relationship with Jean. After she died, he casually dated like 2 girls. Then got married to Maddie and after all that spectacularly blew up, he got married to Jean. And after that spectacularly blew up, he was in a long term relationship with Emma. Other than dating a bit in the 80s, he's always been in serious relationships
JDW has a point. He's rarely been single
That answer about Cyclops and the Uncanny #19 cover are a real combo, huh.
Well many characters have fallen off, and are no longer what they were.
Storm controls weather, but her only showcased ability these days seems to be blindly shooting lightening when she's not being incompetent or wallpaper. Her name may as well be Lightening Lady. lol
Gambit used to have some character to him, but in recent decade, I think he's mostly defined by being Rogue's main squeeze. The book he's gotten the most attention in being the one where he's finally married to her.
Wolverine....just Wolverine. Used to be a scrappy guy who could heal minor wounds, then became Marvel Jesus who needs to be everywhere for things to survive and with the ability to regenerate from a single cell. lol
Sabretooth used to be a dangerous villain a long time ago. He even had some arcs & depth. Now he's defined by being a pussified loudmouthed meathead. lol
Mystique used to be a grey character. Now she's a villain parody. lol
Scott is now defied by how fast he moves from one woman to the next. lol
Nothing new. Welcome to the world of Flanderization.

This was a good one both in terms of Q&A and art teases.
Who is Logan talking to in the bottom picture? Emma, Mystique, Storm?
well...that’s an answer. luckily, he’s giving off Eye Boy vibes.AiPT!: ororo munroe appreciation account (@aliastager) had a question about the recent Uncanny X-Men #11 and the apparent death of Loa. Will there be any follow-up regarding how she died, especially since she was the X-Men’s only native Hawaiian mutant?
Jordan: Right now, I don’t think anyone on the X-Men even knows that she’s dead.
