There are a couple of others in the game as well that now have their own book. Luna is the most popular one in Future Fight however because she's super powerful in the game. It's a fun game too, about to get another mutant based update featuring Kitty, Quentin, and Rachel.

I'm trying to think which mutant could be a Once...

I feel like Armor, maybe. Twice is pretty huge in Japan amongst kids her age and with the sliding timescale it probably won't be long until they were active when she was still living in Tokyo. I could see Quentin Quire being secretly a Once but too self-conscious about it to admit it since they're very peppy and not rebellious. Surge is probably too rebellious for them. I could see her being a VIP.
