Im not sure those are definitive proof. Emma was trying to charm him as a weapon against Wanda and plenty of non-mutants have joined the X-Men

True, but at this point he's considered a mutant until said otherwise. Anyhoodle back to the art I wonder if they'll clean up Genosha during this arc and make it part of Krakoa. That would be a major win if they could turn that massive L into a victory.
